Feature Optimization for Direct Laser Writing Two Photon Polymerization Setup

The work presents the development of a printing system for Direct Laser Writing by Two Photon Polymerization (DLW-TPP) with the capability of including dynamically variable stimuli (such as electric fields). We focus on the optimization of printing parameters, finding a set of values that allows us to achieve a minimum feature size of 100 nm and a scanning speed of above 1mm/sec. To further demonstrate is functionality, we print free standing structures using a photoresist including Liquid Crystal Elastomeres (LCE).
