Analysis of the Influence of Load Frequency Characteristics on the Dynamic Process of Power Grid Frequency and Power Angle

In recent years, the influence of load frequency characteristics on the power grid has increased gradually, and load modeling taking frequency characteristics into account is very important. This paper will focus on load frequency characteristics, take power function load model as the research object, and study the influence of load frequency characteristics on power grid by setting different active/reactive power-frequency characteristic coefficients of load. The influence of load frequency characteristics on the dynamic process of power grid frequency and power angle is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, four types of loads (pure resistance, motor, wind power and photovoltaic) are equivalent to power function model and their impact on the power grid is discussed.
