Design of IIoT Production Data Acquisition and Control Based on MQTT Protocol

Due to the complexity of industrial site environments and the instability of networks, establishing a data exchange mode with high quality and low bandwidth requirements between on-site devices and the cloud has always been a technical challenge in smart manufacturing. This design employs the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol, which is lightweight, highly configurable, and widely applicable, to construct an industrial Internet of Things (IoT) data acquisition and control system based on MQTT. This system enables structured data exchange between the cloud and industrial sites, remote monitoring of device status, and user service subscription, while also conducting performance tests on the MQTT protocol within industrial IoT systems.
