Subcellular Imaging of Autophagosome in Starved LC3 Mouse using Two-Photon Microscopy

Autophagy is a catabolic mechanism responsible for transporting cytoplasmic components to lysosomes for degradation. This study employs two-photon microscopy to investigate autophagosomes in starved LC3 mice, achieving high-resolution images. By visualizing the autophagic process at a nanoscale level, insights into autophagosome organization in response to starvation are provided.
