Extending the effective imaging range of optical coherence microscopy for ex vivo ocular tissue imaging

We evaluated a numerical refocusing technique for ex vivo ocular tissue imaging using single-shot optical coherence microscopy, comparing it to shift-focus method. We explored various raster scanning patterns, developed a new phase bias estimation and correction method, and discussed its potential for dynamic cellular analysis.
