Assessment of LPDDR4 Interface Performance in an Automotive Product Through High-Speed Simulation

Automotive products require an accurate assessment of Signal Integrity (SI). This study proposes a solution for using high speed modeling tools to evaluate the SI efficiency of automotive items. Methods for managing SI simulations for a Low Power Double Data Rate 4 (LPDDR4) memory are presented. Due to its fast data transfer speeds and low power consumption, the design and use of the LPDDR4 memory needs to consider signal integrity.
