Automation Design and Application of Electrical Control Systems in Industrial Production

This research aims to explore the automation design principles, technical architecture and application process of electrical control systems in industrial production. This paper evaluates the impact of automation design on production efficiency and safety through detailed analysis of system planning and demand analysis, integration and programming, debugging and trial operation, and maintenance and optimization. The results show that system optimization significantly improves the average utilization rate and output of the production line, and reduces the incidence of equipment failures and accidents. It is concluded that the automated design and application of electrical control systems can effectively improve production efficiency and safety, and provide reliable technical support for efficient operation and resource optimization of industrial production.
