Nonlinear Characteristic Analysis of Fifth-Order Chaotic Circuit Based on Magnetron Memristor

With the vigorous development of science and technology, memristor as the fourth basic circuit element of the circuit has been discovered. The memristor itself has nonlinear characteristics, with the characteristics of internal randomness and ergodicity, which has attracted much attention in related research fields, and has been applied in non-volatile storage, confidential processing, chaotic circuit and other directions. When the current of the memristor flows through itself, its resistance value will change, thus showing nonlinear characteristics, so the chaotic circuit formed by the memristor will appear more abundant nonlinear dynamics. This paper presents a novel fifth-order magneto memristor chaos system based on a smooth piecewise quadratic nonlinear magnetron memristor. Through the platform analysis and calculation of its 2D and 3D phase trajectory, time domain waveform, Poincare cross section and index, it is confirmed that the new chaotic system meets the chaotic situations. Finally, the influence of chaotic system parameters on the whole system dynamics is analyzed by using bifurcation diagram.
