Study of the Soil Resistivity in Field Measurements and Laboratory Conditions

The soil electrical parameters are essential in the construction of grounding installations. Its main electrical characteristic is the resistance, which is influenced by a number of factors such as composition and structure, non-uniformity, moisture content, temperature, etc. The purpose of the research is to measure electrical parameters (resistivity, thermal resistance, angle of dielectric losses) of soils in laboratory and field conditions and comparison of the obtained results when considering the influencing factors.
