Performance Optimization of Hybrid-Based Systems Using Diesel Generator and Photo-Voltaic Panels

The system proposed in this paper is an advanced solution for the consumption of electricity in buildings. Due to the growing electricity demand worldwide, for instance, the Total electricity of the U.S. consumption in 2020 was around 3.8 trillion kWh and 13 times greater than employ of electricity in 1950. This will lead also to an increase in electricity bills for people. For that, the proposed project is to reduce the cost of electricity in several fields whether it's residential, commercial, or industrial by taking into consideration the implementation of a diesel generator with a photo-voltaic (PV) module or solar panel. Employing them together will economize the saving of money with photovoltaics and diesel generators collectively. Diesel generators and photovoltaic systems are extremely well prospered in feeding energy in places with an uneasy or non- present mains supply. The extra hire of solar energy minimizes the consumption of fuel, which saves the value of costs. To illustrate more about the good reliability and cost that the project has, the implementation of multiple fields will be done by HOMER PRO software to check the reduction of cost.
