E-Ganapp: A Seamless Event Management System for Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna

The main scope of this study is to develop a software system that provides a comprehensive, cohesive, and customizable event management system that will minimize the impact of the challenges brought about by organizing an event. In addition, this paperless and seamless project supports the institution's sustainable initiatives in reducing paper use during the conduct of activities. From online registration to filling out event evaluations up to the issuance of certificates can be done in this project with less human intervention. Upon conducting the necessary testing methods, it is proven that the system addressed the concerns of Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna (Mapúa MCL) event organizers while providing satisfactory efficiency, usability, and performance. The system e-ganapp offers a seamless solution that enhances the efficiency and sustainability of the event management process for Mapúa MCL event organizers.
