Fully Automated Rapid Immunofludic Device by Use of Microfibrous Reactor for Human Saliva Sample

Given the growing need for rapid measurement for health monitoring, small sized automated analysis devices from human sample directly are required. We developed fully automated immunofluidic device for rapid biomarker detection from human saliva sample directly. The total system detects human cortisol in 15 minutes with high sensitivity $(0.5\sim 30 \text{ng}/\text{mL}$) and a limit detection of 0.36 $\text{ng}/\text{mL}$, integrating pretreatment, immunoreaction, and analysis efficiently.
