Linear BLDC Motor Embeded Control on ESP32

In this paper, we introduce a linear Brushless DC (BLDC) motor, along with its drive and control system. The motor is powered by an embedded LiPo 4s battery and operates on a closed-loop rail equipped with permanent magnets (PM). The control program, developed in C, is executed on an ESP32 microcontroller. It also enables communication with smartphones and PCs via web sockets. This experimental setup serves as a versatile tool for educational purposes and research, facilitating the study of various aspects ranging from motor design to control strategies.
