Intelligent Fruits and Vegetables Storage Management System for Warehouse and Cold Storage

This study investigates the creative use of artificial intelligence to combine object detection with conventional cooling systems. It maximizes the system's overall efficiency and temperature by the application of an AI algorithm. This study offers a clever, environmentally responsible method of cold storage that helps fruits and vegetables stay fresher for longer. Subsequent to the integration of Object Detection, this system will have intelligent temperature regulation, hence increasing its energy efficiency. Using computer vision, the project's Object Detection component identifies objects inside the cold storage and adjusts the temperature dynamically to ensure the best possible preservation depending on the type and quantity of contents. It will additionally offer details regarding the condition of the merchandise. We will have internet access to all of the data, allowing us to access the cold storage data from anywhere at any time. The LCD will also show the fruits' condition and temperature. This project's practical use will be in the transportation and agriculture sectors for the long-term, effective storage of various items in any compartment.
