Abstract:

The development and implementation [2] of a real- time biogas monitoring system plays a vital role which ensures the optimization of efficiency and safety of biogas production. The system integrates various sensors, including pressure, temperature, and pH sensors, to continuously monitor the critical parameters within the biogas digester. By providing real-time data on the internal conditions, the system enables precise control and timely interventions, ensuring optimal microbial activity and maximizing biogas yield [5]. The data collected by the sensors is transmitted to a centralized monitoring platform, where it is analyzed and displayed through an intuitive user interface. This approach not only enhances the operational efficiency of biogas plants but also improves safety by allowing for early detection of potential issues such as pressure build-up, temperature fluctuations, or pH imbalances. The system’s modular design [2] allows for scalability and easy integration with existing biogas infrastructure, making it a valuable tool for sustainable energy production [6].
