Research on Digital Twin and Control of Boiler Heat Exchange System Based on Heterogeneous Deployment

In thermal power plants, incidents of boiler overheating and boiler pipes leakage are frequent, making the monitoring and predictive alarming of boiler wall temperatures an urgent necessity. This paper utilizes big data and artificial intelligence technologies to propose a digital twin and control method for boiler heat exchange systems based on heterogeneous deployment. This approach achieves real-time alarms, predictive alarms, and simulation of control effects, effectively reducing overheating risks and ensuring the safety and stability of power systems. Traditional systems are tightly coupled with the underlying X86 architecture, limiting flexibility and scalability. By adopting heterogeneous deployment, this paper demonstrates that the digital twin system can be adapted to both X86 and ARM architectures, providing a flexible and efficient solution.
