Performance Analysis of EV Battery Based on Trip Chain Model

Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries are crucial for sustainable way of transportation and understanding their performance. In this paper, a Novel method called Trip Chain Model (TCM) is used to study the battery performance. Travelling from one place to another place in a particular time frame is referred as trip chain. Real time data helps in better understanding of battery Performance. Machine Learning (ML) algorithm is applied on the collected data. From the results obtained, Linear Regression is found to be the best. Varies parameter have been considered during the analysis such as temperature, voltage, current, State of Charge (SOC) and State of Health (SOH). Electric Vehicles (EV) has been increasing dramatically, this study helps in better understanding of the battery performance using the trip chain which helps in meeting the demand.
