Design of Hand Gesture Controlled Robot using Arduino

Robot control systems have been evolving at a faster rate in recent years, with the use of contemporary tools and methods, we will create a gesture-controlled robot in this project. This project is a real-time monitoring system that lets people interact with robots using gestures. Those who struggle with mobility will find this to be of great assistance. The robot is guided by a variety of motions during implementation. This project is the basic model of gesture-controlled robot, where there are many ways in which we can improvise according to the field and its uses. This technology acts as a conduit between the human and the robot through physical changes like hand tilting, instead of utilizing a joystick or a physical controller with buttons. Hand gesture robots are widely employed in the automotive industry, industrial robotics, military, mining and medical fields for surgical procedures. This project uses Arduino Nano as the controller and the MPU6050, a 3-axis accelerometer sensor, to create a hand gesture-controlled robot. The robot's movements is controlled by hand gestures rather than a joystick or button-equipped remote control. The project uses wireless communication, with an RF link (RF Transmitter – Receiver pair) being used to send the data from the hand movements to the robot. There are two sections to the project: the transmitter and the receiver.
