Teleoperation of a Roach Cyborg Equipped with Microphone and Minicamera

The paper describes how to construct small lightweight stimulation module, microphone, and mini camera using cockroach as a platform, as well as how to integrates these independently working modules into an electronic backpack. In addition, an ejector is designed to launch the microphone and mini camera according to instructions. The software and hardware design is conducted according to the functional requirements of each module in the electronic backpack, resulting in a cockroach cyborg that can be remotely controlled with the assistance of a mini camera and has the ability to deliver audio/video sensors after finding targets.
