Numerical study on the combustion process of different coal blending in 1795t/h boiler

By numerically simulating the combustion process in a 1795t/h boiler blended with Shenhun No. 2 coal under different blending conditions, the temperature field of the furnace combustion simulation results and the distribution of flue gas temperature at the furnace exit were studied. The results show that when blending more Shenhun No. 2 coal, the temperature inside the furnace will increase, and the exit temperature of the furnace chamber will also increase accordingly, while the softening temperature of ash of Shenhun No. 2 coal is low compared with that of bituminous coal, which limits the number layers of Shenhun No.2, at the same time, the oxygen concentration at the furnace outlet decreases, the carbon monoxide concentration increases, and the reducing atmosphere increases, increasing the probability of coking, so the maximum blending of Shenhun No. 2 under the premise of safe operation of the boiler The safe way to mix No. 2 is the working condition3: $\mathrm{A}, \mathrm{B}, \mathrm{C}, \mathrm{D}$ four layers of blending Shenhun No. 2,. The analysis of the simulation results of blending of coal combustion of Shenhua coal No. 2 can provide a reference for the blending coal combustion of the same type of boiler.
