A Simulation Study on Ventilation and Drainage of Current Sensor Casing Structure

In this paper, a ventilation and drainage shell structure for power application current sensors is designed, and the internal design and air guide design are carried out through simulation iteration to achieve high efficiency ventilation and drainage. By using the two-stage simulation method to simulate the inlet wind velocity and the ventilation and humidity exhaust in the cavity respectively, the calculation cost of the simulation was effectively reduced; by using the calculus method to calculate the dehumidification via steady simulation rather than transit simulation, the computational amount and convergence difficulty of the simulation are significantly reduced. Finally, the performance of this casing structure design is evaluated according to the meteorological characteristics of Guangzhou.
