Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) in e-commerce apps allows businesses to personalize the shopping experience for their customers. AI can recommend relevant products, create personalized product descriptions, and generate realistic product images by analyzing customer data and shopping patterns. With the help of AI, e-commerce apps can provide targeted recommendations based on customers' preferences and browsing history. This research focuses on a case study of AI implementation in Natural Language Generation (NLG), Image Generation, Chatbots and Virtual Assistants, Recommendation Systems, and Price Optimization as part of SEO Marketing in e-commerce apps. With a case study research approach in one of the global e-commerce marketplace apps, it is hoped that this research can provide thorough research on AI in e-commerce apps and valuable insights into its potential applications and implications for achieving digital marketing goals for e-commerce apps.
