Overlock Thread Stock Opname System Using UHF RFID Technology, OpenCV and Web-Based Application

This research focuses on developing an innovative stock opname system using UHF RFID and OpenCV technology. The main objective is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of stock monitoring and recording processes, addressing common issues such as time-consuming and error-prone manual methods. The research employs the prototyping method, involving iterative stages of system development and refinement. The system leverages UHF RFID for automatic data capture, streamlining the process of tracking incoming and outgoing stock. Additionally, OpenCV technology is integrated for real-time color detection, enabling color-based stock status verification. The data is processed and monitored through a web application, allowing users to access real-time updates and detailed stock information remotely. Preliminary results from black box testing showed a 100% conformity level, while user acceptance tests indicated an 86.55% satisfaction rate. This demonstrates that the system effectively improves the overall stock management process by providing more efficient, accurate, and automated stock monitoring solutions.
