Design and Development of "RESCUBA" for Life Rescue Administration

The RESCUBA project endeavours to tackle the formidable challenge of locating individuals buried under mud or dirt during landslides. Traditional rescue efforts are often hampered by the time-consuming task of sifting through debris, leading to delays in reaching survivors. RESCUBA proposes an innovative solution by introducing a man-operated mini spy bot equipped with advanced technology. Featuring a microwave sensor (RCWL-0516) and an ESP-32 cam, this agile robot offers a precise method for detecting human body motion within a defined range. Unlike conventional methods, which may be prone to false positives or hindered by environmental noise, RESCUBA's focused detection capabilities ensure accurate identification of survivors. The integration of arduino IDE enables seamless control of the system, allowing rescuers to access real-time audio and video footage to aid in decision-making. Moreover, RESCUBA's cost-effectiveness and user-friendly design make it an invaluable tool for disaster response teams, empowering them to swiftly locate and rescue individuals in distress.
