PCB vibration test program design

This paper presents a vibration testing program designed to evaluate the reliability of PCB boards in complex underwater environments. The study thoroughly examines the structural components of the PCB and the vibrations it encounters throughout its lifecycle. Based on the characteristics of vibrations at different stages, corresponding testing standards and methods were developed, providing a scientific basis for the reliability assessment of PCB boards.
