Research on Evaluation Index System of County Distribution Network Planning under New Power System

The traditional evaluation indicators for distribution network planning can no longer meet the needs of energy transformation, digital transformation, and intelligent enhancement in the distribution system. This paper summarizes the current planning evaluation index system, combines it with research findings of new power system evaluation indexes. It constructs a set of index system suitable for evaluating the new county power system's planning scheme. The goal is to expedite the construction of the new county power system and adapt to the new situation of county distribution network development. The indicator system, which consists of 12 secondary indicators and 55 tertiary indicators, is focused on the five dimensions of clean and low-carbon, security and abundance, supply and demand synergy, economic efficiency, adaptability, and intelligence. The entropy weighting method is used, using a specific planning scheme as an example, to confirm the viability and practicability of the suggested planning evaluation indicator system. This system can aid in the development of the new county electric power system and provide decision-making support for the planning scheme.
