Abstract:

Solar panels represent a significant advancement in renewable energy, providing a sustainable and eco-friendly power source. It offers a clean and abundant alternative to fossil fuels, reducing carbon emissions and mitigating environmental impact. By converting sunlight into electricity through photovoltaic cells, solar panels enable communities to access reliable energy while minimizing dependence on finite resources. Similarly, satellite internet, such as that provided by projects like Starlink, offers a transformative means to deliver broadband connectivity to communities where traditional infrastructure is lacking. Using low Earth orbit satellites, Starlink aims to provide high-speed internet access to even the most remote and underserved regions, bridging the digital divide and empowering communities with access to educational, economic, and communication opportunities. The study aims to assess the feasibility of using satellite internet through Power Line Communication (PLC) in a renewable energy environment. By examining the impact of noise on data transmission in a solar-powered context, the research identifies the efficiency and reliability of PLC networks under these conditions.
