Research on the Organization and Application of Shortwave Radio Stations under Extreme Conditions

Shortwave radio stations, with their unique propagation characteristics, can still meet certain communication needs under extreme conditions such as blizzards and nuclear explosions. This paper explores the organization and application of shortwave radio stations in extreme conditions, focusing on the mechanisms of sky wave and ground wave propagation. It studies the impact of power, frequency, and signal-to-noise ratio on communication quality, while analyzing the effects of extreme conditions on the equipment itself and summarizing relevant conclusions to provide references for the organization and application of shortwave radio stations in extreme conditions.
