Application Research of Intelligent Algorithm in Motor Control System Design

This paper presents a new method for simulation modeling of brushless DC motor control system. Using MATLAB/Simulink software to combine each function module and S function organically, a complete mathematical model of brushless DC motor is established. Using the basic idea of hysteresis current tracking PWM converter in speed loop, the discrete PID controller of speed is designed. The effectiveness of this model is verified by using the classical speed and current double closed-loop control algorithm. Numerical simulation and experiment verify the above theoretical analysis. By using this method, the control algorithm can be easily realized and verified, and the control scheme can be changed or improved by replacing or modifying some functional modules. Simulink can intuitively build the control system, and can realize the generalization of various simulation modules. This paper has a certain reference value for the development and debugging of motor control system in the future. It provides an effective method and tool for the research and development of DLDCM, and has certain reference value for its application in engineering.
