Design of Readout Circuit of Non-Power Supply Micro-Moisture Sensor

The non-power supply micro-moisture sensor converts changes in micro-moisture content into electrical signals, crucial for monitoring SF6 gas micro-moisture content in GIS systems. It operates via remote microwave drive, eliminating the need for batteries. This paper focuses on designing a high-performance readout circuit for this sensor. It integrates temperature self-compensation technology using a thermistor or integrated sensor to correct measured signals in real-time, ensuring stability across temperature ranges. Power management and filtering techniques are discussed to mitigate power supply noise, enhancing circuit robustness. Simulation confirms improved accuracy and stability, crucial for SF6 gas monitoring in GIS. Overall, this design enhances signal processing efficiency and environmental adaptability, supporting precise and reliable micro-moisture content measurement.
