Experimental Development of Operational Amplifier Using Photon Transport Transistor

This paper newly presents an experimental development of operational amplifier (Op-amp) made by seven units of Photon Transport Transistor (PTT) that is an optocoupling device of LED and PD. Also, this paper shows the frequency characteristics of the Op-amp in inverting amplifier circuit depending on the current amplification degree β (=hFE) of PTT, where the voltage gain becomes 40dB when β=70.
