A Color Transfer Method for Simulating Kimono Dyeing

This paper proposes a method for visualizing dyed kimonos using color transfer. It analyzes a target kimono region and transfers color from a reference image, focusing on the typical base color area for dyeing. The method employs principal component analysis (PCA) for color transfer in eigenspace, allowing for fine-tuning the color result with a parameter ρ.
