The interstitial channel system as a photobiomodulation regulatory system of the body

Interstitial fluid (ISF) is formed diffusely in the microcirculatory zone of tissue regions in the components of the primary fibrous interstitial matrix (PFMM). The ISF is then drained through the longrange interstitial tract (LIPw) system. The PFMM and the LIPw system have three times the volume compared to the vascular and lymphatic systems. Partially LIPw are located paravasally, paraneurally, and part of the LIPw is located in the ifascial formations of the skin, intermuscular fascia and organs. That were analyzed using ultramicroscopic imaging and MRI imaging. Morphological parallels allow us to put forward a hypothesis about photobiomodulation (PhBM) of the body through photon flows both through specific receptors of the eye, and due to contact with the ISF at the level of PFMM and movement along the LIPw of the modified ISF (in the latter case, including with the help of artificial laser exposure). The structural features of PFMM and LIPw analyzed from the principles of the dynamic formation of a system of dissipative structures of water (as the main component of ISF).
