Real Time Digital Simulation and Analysis of Mineral Arc Furnace Power Supply System

Firstly, the equivalent electrical circuit of the mineral arc furnace is introduced in the actual project, including the furnace, short network, furnace transformer, reactive power compensation, and so on. According to the practical parameters and application conditions, a simulation model is built on the real-time digital simulation (RTDS) device. By comparing and analyzing the current, voltage, U-I curve, power characteristic and other contents of the mineral arc furnace system, the correctness of the RTDS simulation model is verified, and the model can be used in the pre-installation simulation of the project.
