Intelligent Substation SCD File Verification and Differentiated Display Method for Security Control

A security oriented intelligent substation SCD file verification and differentiated display method is proposed to address the issues of low efficiency and high error rates in traditional manual verification methods. Firstly, use Levenshtein distance algorithm to verify the parsed substation configuration description (SCD) text. Then, based on the knowledge graph, the verified and error free SCD file is visualized and displayed. Finally, the RKR-GST algorithm is used to compare different versions of SCD files and visually display their differentiated details. Based on the SCD file of a 220kV intelligent substation, experimental analysis is conducted on the proposed method. The results shows that the verification accuracy mostly exceeds 95%, and the differences between SCD file versions are visually displayed, which can be well applied to the safety control of intelligent substations.
