Discussion on “One-Click” Collection and Analysis Method of Index Results Based on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Excel Functions

As the process and result support of professional management, the accuracy and timeliness of indicators are the key factors to guide the direction and focus of management. The traditional manual data acquisition and analysis process has more flexibility, but it has a great challenge in terms of accuracy and personnel skill requirements. With the digital transformation of enterprises and the optimized development of index management, the index system has tended to the standard mode of system solidification and unified methods, and the demand for flexibility has decreased.. Therefore, with the increasing development of digital innovation, this paper selects Robotic process automation (RPA) and excel with low entry difficulty to automate the huge indicator analysis, achieve “one-click” collection and analysis, shorten labor time cost, weaken personnel skill requirements, and avoid errors easily caused by complex monitoring and analysis. In this paper, violation data analysis in the field of electric power safety is used for verification, and the results can be used, extended and popularized.
