MRS Lab's Smart City: Navigating Autonomy for Miniature Vehicles

In order to transform the dream of fully self-driving cars, the integration of technology into transportation systems is necessary. A great deal of research and progress has been made in this topic, and in this project, we will build a modeled scaled city within the MRS laboratory in order to develop a transportation system and a suitable foundation utilizing localization, infrastructure, embedded control systems and a digital twin. In this paper, an overview of the methods, experiments and results of our research will be presented.
