The Influence of AI-assisted Peer Evaluation Forms on the Evaluation of Design Project-Based Students Cooperative Learning

AI-assisted peer evaluation is regarded as a facilitation strategy for design project-based cooperative learning to support cooperative learning activities. However, the impact of different forms of AI-assisted peer evaluation on the evaluation of design project-based cooperative learning effects has not been fully elucidated. Addressing the above issues is of great practical significance for the design innovative of design project-based cooperative learning effects evaluation. This study randomly selected a class of design majors, divided 32 undergraduate students into 6 teams, and conducted online AI-assisted peer evaluations. Using recommended value scales, Likert scales, text frequency analysis, and post-interview methods, the influence of AI-assisted peer evaluation forms on the evaluation of design project-based cooperative learning effects was analyzed. The results show that mixed-type and exclusive-type peer evaluations have significant differences in the evaluation of design project-based cooperative learning effects. The above results provide empirical evidence for the design of AI-assisted peer evaluation and also provides a feasible design evaluation method for design education based on AI-assisted analysis to generate student evaluation.
