Artificial intelligence [AI] has the power to completely transform the commercial world. Artificial intelligence can be used to better ship and manage logistics, forecast demand through data analysis, and spot supply chain inefficiencies. This lowers costs, shortens lead times, and enhances responsiveness to variations in demand. Surprisingly little is known about how data management may improve understanding of data on cycle time and supply chain sustainability, despite the growing use of data in decision-making. The majority of companies, according to the findings of the researchers, make use of big data analytics and artificial intelligence [AI] to make projections on the trajectory of the Supply Chain 4.0 industry. In this article, we take a look at how artificial intelligence can be applied to supply chain management [SCM] and analyze its potential applications. In this instance, a sample of 123 respondents from various SMEs were gathered for the study that followed. The study's objectives were determined using regression analysis, correlation analysis, case analysis, and descriptive analysis. Research demonstrates that artificial intelligence [AI] can help with inventory control, warehousing operations, enhancing security, and cutting operational expenses. The findings of the study indicated that, generally speaking, artificial intelligence will have a significant influence on the supply chain in the era of data analytics. It's expected to provide new opportunities for companies in a variety of sectors. Artificial intelligence [AI] can help both raise and decrease a product's strength and efficiency by predicting potential roadblocks before they arise. AI can also be used to find new opportunities and enhance connected device procedures.
