Specificity of the Behavior of a Newly Designed Traction Electric Motor for Driving Electric Vehicle

The dynamic behavior of an electric drive with a newly designed traction induction motor has been studied. The focus has been on the influence of the total moment of inertia parameter on the resulting impact torques and currents, also for the startup time. Some types of losses have been calculated also. The results obtained from the research have been given tabularly and graphically. Concluding comments have been done.
