Online Monitoring System of Subway Train Dynamics Performance Based on Line 5 of a City

With the rapid development of urban rail transit, there are higher requirements for the stability and safety of subway train operation. The dynamic performance of subway trains refers to their motion characteristics during operation, which directly reflect the operation stability (safety), stationarity, quality, and passenger comfort of subway trains. This thesis designs and builds a subway train dynamic performance online monitoring system to monitor the dynamic performance of subway trains. It collects physical quantity signals such as body and frame vibration acceleration and wheel-rail forces of subway trains, processes the signals through a computer host, calculates dynamic performance indicators, and provides real-time feedback to users, ensuring the safety of subway train operation. Validation through on-site line tests proves the effectiveness and practicality of the designed subway train dynamic performance online monitoring system.
