Fast and Accurate Recovery Optimization Method for Active Load Considering Demand Response

In order to solve the problem of load recovery after load cutting caused by the phenomena of low-frequency and low-voltage and insufficient generation capacity, this paper proposes a fast and accurate recovery optimization model of active load considering demand response and gives the dynamic solution process. The model divides the active load recovery into two parts, the first part is the downward regulation process of load-side resources, which provides more space for load recovery and thus improves the efficiency of load recovery, and the second part is the process of accurate load recovery. The model is able to restore load quickly and accurately while ensuring system frequency security and minimizing the adverse effects of power outages on users. The model is solved dynamically in an IEEE-33 node system, and the results show that the proposed model is able to give an accurate load recovery scheme that guarantees frequency dynamic safety and tidal current safety, and the recovery speed is faster.
