Analysis and Optimization of PCIe Switch Bridge Signal Eye Diagram Problem

As PCIe Switch bridge is widely used in server products, it is particularly important to research the problems such as unrecognition, speed reduction and bandwidth reduction during debugging. Through the measurement of high-speed oscilloscope, there is a template problem in PCIe signal eye diagram. Based on the analysis of the measured eye pattern and the theoretical knowledge of signal integrity, this paper puts forward the optimization measures of pre-emphasis, de-emphasis and equalization parameter configuration. After the function test and the eye diagram measurement, the function problem and the template problem are solved.
