Discovery Phase of Implementing Scaled Agile Framework for Data Platform Project

The discovery phase is critical to the successful implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in large-scale data platform projects. This paper explores the key considerations, challenges, and strategies employed during the discovery phase of a SAFe implementation for a complex data platform initiative.
