Development of Topological Models of Electronic Component Base for Joint Research on Simultaneous Electro-Thermal Processes in Radioelectronic Equipment

One of the relevant areas in modern radio electronics is the development of topological models of electronic component bases for investigating the simultaneous electrical and thermal processes occurring in radio electronic equipment. The electronic component base refers to a set of electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, diodes, and others, used for assembling electronic circuits. This paper addresses the task of creating topological electro-thermal models to study electrical and thermal processes in radio electronic equipment. The proposed method is based on the integration of electrical and thermal models with feedback through controlled voltage and current sources. This work focuses on analyzing the characteristics of these processes and developing electro-thermal models of electronic components. The method relies on the compensation theorem to combine electrical and thermal elements in the model. Changes in the resistances of resistors caused by temperature variations are accounted for by adding additional resistances to the electrical model, which are subsequently replaced by controlled voltage sources in accordance with the compensation theorem. The application of the compensation theorem simplifies the process of electro-thermal modeling and enhances the optimization of the design workflow in the field of radio electronics. This method opens new opportunities for developing more efficient and reliable radio electronic systems that account for the simultaneous influence of electrical and thermal processes on the quality and reliability of devices under various operating conditions.
