Wait staff commonly make errors in taking orders from diners, impacting the restaurant's reputation and customer satisfaction. As a result, the idea of an Intelligent Restaurant was developed. To address this issue the proposed work utilizes the QR codes situated on each dining table so that customers can conveniently place their orders without any interruptions. The database of restaurant has been created using proposed smart restaurant system. The integration of databases aims to elevate the quality of services provided and enhance the overall dining experience for customers and analyzing sentiments from the reviews received from customers. Moreover, the database is utilized for predictive purposes, particularly in anticipating daily order trends and analyzing sentiments. This predictive technology assists restaurants in effectively managing their inventory levels.
