Adaptive Event-Triggered Consensus Control for Nonlinear Multiagent Systems Against Deception Attacks

An adaptive event-triggered consensus control strategy for nonlinear multiagent systems without leaders against deception attacks is presented, where a more general deception attacks is considered in this article. The impact of deception attacks on systems cannot be ignored and the most significant difficulty for researchers is the exact state variables are unavailable. Therefore, a new observer that can observe the unavailable real states of the system is designed. Furthermore, this article presents an unusual coordinate transformation technology, where the states of the observer and the compromised states are considered simultaneously, to remove the effect of the malicious deception attacks. The event-triggered mechanism is introduced to construct a controller can ensure that resource waste is minimized and the utilization is improved as much as possible. Under the proposed control strategy, all signals in the closed-loop system are proven to be semi-global bounded and the stability for the studied systems under deception attacks is ensured. Conclusively, we conduct simulation experiments using the MATLAB software to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
