OPA-LiDAR Active Optical Synthetic Aperture Super-Resolution Detection Imaging Technology

In this paper, we present a preliminary design for an active synthetic aperture detection imaging technique tailored for OPA-LiDAR. We have developed the underlying theoretical framework and confirmed its effectiveness through simulation experiments. The findings indicate that this approach can address the compromise between imaging resolution and field of view inherent in traditional LiDAR systems, and it facilitates high-quality image reconstruction on moving platforms by integrating image recovery techniques. We have successfully integrated synthetic aperture technology with LiDAR technology and anticipate that this method will offer an effective solution for LiDAR systems deployed on high-speed moving platforms.
