The Triplexer of a DC to 110 GHz Arbitrary Waveform Signal Generator Based on Digital Bandwidth Interleaving Technology

This paper investigates the front-end hardware circuit of an Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG). To reduce the demand for ADC sampling rates, a spectrum signal stitching system was constructed based on Digital Bandwidth Interleaving (DBI), capable of directly outputting ultra-wideband analog signals covering frequencies from 0 to 110 GHz. The system is divided into three channels: LF (0-45 GHz), MF (45-73 GHz), and HF (73-110 GHz). The paper also examines a 110 GHz ultra-wideband channel adjacent triplexer. A 110 GHz triplexer design method based on a quartz substrate is proposed, which can seamlessly stitch together the analog signals output by the three channels.
