Automated Op-Amp Measurement Setup for AC Parameters

This paper describes the implementation of a measurement system capable of automatically testing AC parameters for general-purpose operational amplifiers (op-amp). The performed tests include unity-gain bandwidth (UGBW) with phase margin (PM), common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The developed board will be fully controlled through a GUI (Graphical User Interface).
